If for any reason you are unhappy with your product then we are sorry to hear that. Please let us know via email and return the item within 30 days. We will happily refund your money, please allow 7 working days, excluding original delivery charge - unless it is faulty/damaged.
Alternatively we are happy to exchange an item- products should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Goods will only be accepted for exchange/return if they are returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
