Drawing in the Lavender Fields

Spend 3 hours drawing inspiration from the beautiful Lavender fields at Roskorwell Farm, Cornish Lavender, on the Lizard Peninsula. I will guide you through ways to capture your environment with a mix of mediums using watercolour, brushpens, pastels, water soluble crayons and watercolour pencils. We'll be sketching from life and creating a sketchbook to work in.

You'll leave with a mixed media sketchbook filled with memories of the experience.

Date for the season:
19th July Friday afternoon 2-5 pm

The workshop will start by creating our sketchbooks and looking at the materials we will be using. We'll then walk to the lavender fields, sketch on location and then continue back at the barn with refreshments and more creating and painting. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather.

Suitable for all skill levels, the price will include the use of artist materials, materials to make a sketchbook, a visit to the Lavender fields and a slice of Roskorwell's homemade lavender and lemon cake or an alternative GF/Vegan option with a drink of choice.
