Hello! I'm delighted to be able to share with you my 2024 Sketchbook Calendar.

For those of you who have bought my previous years calendars you'll notice 2024 is a little different. This year instead of sketching one image for each month I have decided to open up my sketchbook and share the drawings I have been sketching throughout the year. This means I'm sharing with you around 100 sketches rather than just 12 and they are unedited, taken straight from my sketchbook pages.

As you may know my sketchbook practice is at the heart of what I do and drawing on location is particularly essential for me to capture the mood, season, weather and energy of the place. Each month you’ll find a mix of views capturing the Lizard peninsula and surrounding areas in all the seasons. I thought bringing them to my calendar would be a great way to share my sketchbook pages with you.

Each month you’ll get to see how I work and what I produce throughout the seasons. If you also like to sketch or draw from your environment you'll see I've included colour palettes and prompts for each month and so I hope this may also inspire you in your creative pursuits- sketching or otherwise.
